BUDGET


This watershed management plan is not program specific. Funding for watershed efforts may come from several sources. Funding sources may include government and private grant programs, existing federal, state, and local govenunent incentive programs, dedicated local fees or taxes, and sponsorship of specific efforts such as meetings, brochures, tours, and newsletters. Desired future conditions in the watershed may best be attained through efforts funded, staffed, and participated in by a wide variety of government agencies, local agricultural dealers, manufacturers, public water users, and other stakeholders. The responsibility to implement this plan does not rest solely on farmers and those who own land in the watershed. It is the responsibility of all stakeholders to assure that this plan is funded and implemented.
