PLAN CERTIFICATION
The following organizations certify concurrence with this plan and agree to implement the
plan, to the best of their ability. The intent of these organizations is to sustain and
improve the social, economic and environmental well-being of the watershed and surrounding
communities. The plan will be periodically reviewed so that additions and revisions can be
made to update and improve the plan. Changes in this plan must be agreed upon by these four
certifying organizations:
