Ways to Meet Future Needs
in Addressing Watershed Operation and
Organization Issues

The success of the project not only lies in the commitment of the agricultural producers but also of the project team members and agencies involved in the project. Since 1990 the interagency project team has successfully given the project guidance necessary to be successful. It is important to keep the staff and the watershed operations stable to continue this success. The watershed operation needs stability in where the operation is housed. It is essential the central location of the project administrator, the administrative assistant/secretary and the watershed library and files are accessible by the project team and public.

The following are nine topic areas which the project team listed as items needed to maintain or expand its ability to serve the project. The Operation Issues Table is a quick breakdown of the topics which includes a reference location for more information on the topics. The last page also lists future educational/public relations and monitoring needs dealing with the topic of watershed operation. The information in this section is a combination of input from the project team as well as the public.
